Called ‘Independent Comics’ to distinguish them from mass published super-hero novelties, they take the storytelling success of main-stream comics and bring it to the next level with real art, and real stories.

Zines, short for magazine, are small booklets made for cheap and distributed to audiences quickly. They take all the power of communication found in newspapers, magazines, and journals, and add the unstoppable force of a do-it-yourself attitude.
